Our Shipping and Returns Policy
Delivery
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Optimus General is pleased to offer complimentary next-day delivery within Dubai, UAE, under the following conditions:
- The delivery address is situated within the geographical boundaries of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The delivery location is accessible via public, open roads by standard delivery vehicles.
- The total invoice amount equals or exceeds 2000AED.
For delivery requests that do not meet the aforementioned criteria, we kindly request customers to contact Optimus General to obtain a quotation for additional shipping costs, which will be appended to the order total. In instances of non-delivery attributable to customer error (e.g., incorrect name or address, unavailability at the confirmed delivery date and time, or provision of incorrect information), any additional costs incurred by Optimus General for redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
At Optimus General, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not content with your acquisition, we will accept returns within seven days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, and free of any visible defects. A collection fee of 200 AED will be charged for the retrieval of the item.
- A restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the product(s) value will be applied.
- Refunds or exchanges do not apply to products that have already been installed. However, these products are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects provided by the manufacturing brand.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Returned products must be accompanied by the original sales invoice (email confirmation) received at the time of order.
Please note that Optimus General reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that are found to be damaged or used upon inspection. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent returns. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
